Ingredients
4salmon filletsabout 6 oz each
1 ½tbsolive oil
2garlic clovesminced
2tbsfresh lemon juice
Salt and black pepperto taste
2tbschopped fresh dill
Lemon slicesfor topping
Optional: 1 tsp Dijon mustard or 1 tsp honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place salmon fillets skin-side down and pat dry with a paper towel.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets. Top with fresh dill and lemon slices.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Serve warm with your favorite sides and extra lemon wedges if desired.
